FLIGHT SCHEDULE
Flight schedule including departure city will be published nine months prior to departure.

Group travel that includes airfare for economy class of service only. Due to airline policy for groups passengers are not allowed seat assignments.

GUIDELINES

All travel experiences are priced per person, based on shared occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. Prior to booking, prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit at the time of booking to reserve your space.

Payment of the required deposit indicates that you have read and accepted thee Terms and Conditions. Once your deposit has been received and processed by BGTM, you will receive confirmation of your booking (subject to availability) by email. After booking, BGTM may send you an additional email with the payment terms and details of the trip. Each traveler is responsible for verifying the information and notifying BGTM of any discrepancies or errors. If there is an error in the billing, BGTM will send a revised invoice to reflect the correct pricing. Final payment for your trip is due 60 days prior to commencement of the trip, with some limited exceptions. BGTM may cancel your booking if final payment is not received by the due date.

Once full payment is received and no later than 30 days prior to travel final travel instructions and documents will be provided.
We also reserve the right to create a private group to allow all fully paid and confirmed passengers to communicate in advance of the tour. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.

Trip Cancellations; Refunds

A full refund will be issued if your cancellation request is received by BGTM within 72 hours after booking. The refund will be reimbursed to you within 5-7 business days. A partial refund, in an amount determined by BGTM, in its sole discretion, may be issued for cancellation requests received after 72 hours and prior to 90 days before commencement of the trip. No refunds will be issued for request received less than 90 days before commencement of the trip. BGTM may cancel or reschedule a trip for any reason. In the event a trip is canceled, BGTM will refund the amount received from you. BGTM may, but will have no obligation to, reschedule the trip. BGTM will not be responsible for any additional costs or any fees incurred by you due to the cancellation or rescheduling of a trip. The cost of airline tickets or other travel arrangements, not made by BGTM shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Gratuities

Gratuities are NOT included for services during certain portions of the trip. This includes gratuities for wait staff, included meals and hospitality staff at accommodations for nights purchased through BGTM. Gratuities for your tour director, local hosts, local guides and driver are not included in the trip price (unless otherwise noted in pricing details) and are discretionary.

TRAVEL POLICIES

Visas & Passports

International travel requires a valid passport that does not expire within six (6) months of your departure from the U.S. You must verify all requirements and obtain a passport and all necessary visas for the trip, including all health requirements if any. If you are refused entry into any country for failing to meet the entry and exit requirements, BGTM will not be liable. All visa or passport information provided by BGTM is applicable to U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas or other documents are needed. For more information on passport and visa requirements, please go to the U.S. State Department website at www.travel.state.gov.

Accommodations

BGTM utilizes a variety of tour operators/suppliers and airline carriers for air transportation, accommodations, transfers and excursion. Shared room accommodations, with two beds. Single room accommodations may be available at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of booking. Room and bed preferences are not guaranteed. Check-in times vary worldwide. BGTM cannot control or guarantee check-in times.

Holidays

Certain planned activities during the trip may be unavailable if such activities fall on dates that are designated local or national holidays. In the event a planned activity is unavailable, if possible, BGTM will offer an alternative activity. No refund or discount will be given to travelers for events that are cancelled due to local customs.

Health; Safety; Medical Insurance

BGTM endeavors to provide a safe environment and experience for its travelers but cannot protect or guard traveler from certain risk and dangers when traveling outside of the United States. During a trip travelers may be faced with forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; accidents or illnesses or other situations that may endanger the life of the traveler. BGTM shall not be responsible for any risks and dangers that may arise and by booking a trip with BGTM, you agree not to hold BGTM liable for any harm suffered by you during the trip. You agree to hold BGTM harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. You must ensure that you are informed and aware of the applicable health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to the trip and that you carry all necessary vaccination documents, personal health information or personal medication. You run the risk of being denied entry into a country if you fail to present the required vaccination documentation. Prior to booking a trip, you should refer to U.S. Department of State’s website www.travel.state.gov for travel advice and vaccination requirements for the trip destination.

Photographs

Photographs appearing on the BGTM website are used solely as a representation or similar depiction of the possible facilities and attractions and BGTM travelers should not rely on those depictions. Actual facilities and attractions will vary. On some trips, BGTM may hire a photographer to take pictures of the travelers, activities, and attractions. By booking a trip with BGTM, you agree to grant BGTM permission to use photos of you taken during the trip by the BGTM photographer on our website and social media platforms for marketing purposes only. BGTM may, in its sole discretion, make the pictures available to travelers as part of the trip or as an additional cost.

Optional Excursions

Optional excursions, outside of the planned BGTM trip activities may be available for booking through local tour operators or other third parties. These parties are entirely independent of BGTM and do not form any part of the BGTM trip. Any optional excursion you book will not be governed by these Terms and Conditions. In booking with a third party/local operator, you will be entering into a contract with said organizer or operator and will be subject to their terms and conditions, which may include limitations of liability or exclusions. BGTM shall not be liable for any optional excursions or for any acts or omissions of the third-party/local operator, its employees or agents or any other person connected therewith, even where BGTM advertises, suggests or assists with booking an optional excursion with the third-party or local operator. Any advice or assistance on or with any optional excursions provided by any local representative does not mean or imply that the option is sold, supervised, or controlled by BGTM, or that any such advice or assistance is given on behalf of BGTM. BGTM advises travelers to check with the operator of any optional excursion for the applicable terms and conditions before booking.
