FIVE ELEMENTS QIGONG
Through slow and gentle movements, we learn how to experience and cultivate the life force energy (Qi). We learn how to keep the energy flowing in the energy channels of the body and maintain a balance in mind, body and spirit.
The Five Elements Qigong, works with the main Chinese philosophy of the ever changing circle of the five elements

MATA SAKKA
is a dancer, teacher, movement therapist and massage therapist.
My first contact with Qigong, was while I was in New York from 1995 till 2000, following people in China Town practicing in the park and carrying a sequence from my Chinese acupuncturist at the time.
I started practicing Qigong more in depth, in Berlin, after a problem with my health. It helped my recovery and gave me a new light of interest and trust in the Qigong praxis I am a certified Qigong teacher- Campus Naturalis I practice and teach: Five Elements Qigong, Fragrant- Duft Qigong, Walking and Still Qigong, I follow often seminars and teachings in Berlin from Sifu Wei Ling Wi, Yi Xue Culture and my latest teaching certification was in Hong Kong on the Ruyi Qigong Style
